Hero Maker Course

Overview

This is a leadership development course designed to help participants understand and increase their personal multiplication leadership capacity (or hero-making capacity). The course has six, self-study modules consisting of high-impact videos, audios, and articles.

The course requires about five hours of your time to complete, but you work through it at your own pace and on your own schedule. In gaining a deeper understanding of the 5 essential practices of hero-making, you will be equipped to transform your aspirations and good intentions for multiplication into action. Along the way, you will rethink your paradigm of success and the type of legacy you are pursuing.

This course is based on Exponential's 2018 theme "Hero Maker" and the material from the book Hero Maker: Five Essential Practices for Leaders to Multiply Leaders, by Dave Ferguson and Warren Bird.
