Team Leadership

Overview...

This Course is for leaders currently in a high position of leadership in an organization. They have a passion to move their team and organization from good to great and realize that requires a deep leadership ‘soul’. Even by hearing the term ‘leadership soul’ they do not see this as abstract but intuitively realize this is the most practical thing they need to develop as they strive to position their team to impact the world beyond their space and time. A major component of this course is that by putting a group of high level leaders together the facilitator will not only present new concepts and application but that the learners will challenge and add value to each other. The core content is from John Maxwell’s 5 Levels of Leadership and Pat Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, but there is a rich library of content and life experience from many other sources. As much as this will address the soul of Team Leadership, the application of it will be in the real world and in any world one works on a team, from the workplace to the home. The ultimate goal of this course is Team Leadership where the Top Leaders work like one body moving passionately in the same direction.
